1. General Agreement
These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders placed with Recover Plus. By ordering products from us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, including any updates or amendments.
2. Orders and Pricing
- Order Minimum: A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 units per product is required for all wholesale orders.
- Pricing: Prices for all products are quoted in GBP (Great British Pounds) and are subject to change. All pricing excludes VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the buyer. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods specified at the time of purchase.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required before shipment unless agreed otherwise. All invoices are due on receipt unless a separate agreement is made.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, Recover Plus reserves the right to cancel or delay the order, charge interest on the overdue amount, and/or suspend further orders.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Shipping Timeframe: All wholesale orders will be delivered within 90 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability and other factors.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and will be included in the final invoice. International shipping may incur additional fees.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer once the products have been delivered to the designated delivery address.
5. Delivery Restrictions
- Shipping Locations: We deliver wholesale orders to various locations within the UK and internationally. If your location is outside of our normal shipping zones, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical issues). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Product Returns and Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive products that are defective or damaged during delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or replacement for defective items.
- Non-Defective Returns: Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, returns for non-defective products are generally not accepted. Please ensure that the items ordered are appropriate for your needs before purchase.
- Exchange Policy: Exchanges will only be considered for defective products or incorrect orders. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
7. Warranties and Liability
- Product Warranty: We provide a warranty for our products, which covers any manufacturing defects. The duration of the warranty will be specified on the product page. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear.
- Limitation of Liability: Recover Plus' liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective products. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
